FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR BOARDERS:

1. The State Of Virginia requires any horse(s) transported into the State to have a Coggins Test within six (6) months prior to such transportation. A Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection and/or State Brand Inspection is often also required but always recommended. Your local veterinarian or professional transporter can confirm what is required in the states through which you will be transporting. Owners must provide a copy of negative coggins to be kept in horses file at Cedar Grove.

2. All horses will be quarantined for a period of two (2) weeks before being released into the general population or allowed to have any contact with other boarders.

3. During the Quarantine Period each horse will receive a complete physical examination including, at our option, additional blood testing by a local veterinarian to insure a sound and disease free condition.

We reserve the right to refuse boarding of any horse(s) that, solely in our opinion, embraces a disposition and/or frequently demonstrates behavior that we feel could be detrimental or dangerous to other boarders and/or our Farm personnel. Transportation costs to return your horse will be the responsibility of the owner.
